My role is changing, and it's not likely that I will continue to develop Centricity forms, so I thought I'd post some I have done that I'm particularly proud of. Feel free to use, change, tweak, modify, or ignore.
The "Flag" form will allow a user to send a Flag, Care Alert, or Popup, and will document in the chart note that it was done. A couple of our providers used this constantly, to document that they communicated a verbal order to their staff.
