I have created a custom tstorder.rpt (completely different name) to include some obsterms for a specific Service Provider. It is really slow to print. Even before adding obsterms, it was slow to print.
I tried adding to the original one, but I couldn't get it to run at all.
I am using EMR 9.5.1 and CR 11.
Any ideas why? I made sure everything was the same as in the original one.

We were having this problem recently in CPS 9.5. We got an updated version of the report from GE support and then customized it to our layout. If I remember correctly, it had something do with the middle initial/name in the older version. The new version fixed the issue right away.
