I have a form that is putting in a large space into the document in between the other forms and also there is a several sections of checkboxes and it put a space in the document where each section of check boxes are as well. The form has 7 tabs. How can I get rid of the spaces in the document?

check your translation sections. must have hard returns in them that you can't see. clear all translation sections that appear to be empty.

I checked that and cannot find any hard returns. Would you look at the form if I send it to you?

make sure in your document template it looks like
[Form A][Form B][Form C]
or
[Form A]
[Form B]
[Form C]
You don't want a bunch of space between [Form A] and [Form B].
Make sure you actually click the 'Clear' Button for the translation area. If you click inside the translation area and press 'Enter,' then a hard return will appear in your chart note. The translation area looks blank, but in fact it has placed a new line in your note.
Also, check the "Suppress translation if region not visible" for visibility fields. This might remove some unwanted white space.
