Hi everyone,
Our spine surgeon has finally decided that he wants to do away with transcription and I am looking to see if anyone has a spine template they would be willing to share. Just something basic to show him that I can modify as needed.
Thanks,
Nikki
Nikki,
I have a form that I have created for our Spine Surgeon. I have sent it to you at the email address in this topic above.
Nikki
Would you mind sending said form to me as well? I have an orthopaedic spine surgeon who does not like what my neurosurgeon uses.
thaulk,
Here is the form that I referenced above. Let me know if you have any questions.

Not sure the form got linked and included in this post. Let me know and I can email it directly to you.
Jim,
I'm also interested in the form for our ortho guys. Also, we are just south of you in Bishop. Which offices in Reno are using Centricity? I thought you were all on Epic?

Stacey,
Thank you for the follow-up post. Actually, I am located in Las Vegas, so I am south of you in Bishop.
We have 2 Family Medicine and 2 Internal Medicine clinics using CPS in Reno. We have 2 Family Medicine, 3 Internal Medicine fully using CPS in Las Vegas, with 4 Surgery clinics (Plastics, General with subspecialties, 2 ENT) mostly using CPS. We are working on getting 4 OB/GYN clinics up in the October/November timeframe.
I will send the Ortho forms directly to you since I seem to have trouble attaching a link to files on this site.
I would love a copy of the spine form please!
Also, does anyone have a form used for precerting? Specifically MRI/CT scans?
Thanks!
