Is there a way to find the specific table I need for my report other than just looking at each table definition till I find the table I need? For example, I need to find the table that holds phone notes and also charts that are unsigned by the physician. Thanks.

On the GE Website is some info on the tables, and their contents.
After a while, you get the feel for what is in what tables.
Phone Notes will be a subset of the DOCUMENTS table. (DOCTYPE = 3)
Unsigned charts (updates) will also be a subset of the DOCUMENTS table. (STATUS <> "S")
