Using the userinfo.grplist to get to usrgroup table

I can't seem to figure out how to link from the grplist field in the userinfo table, to the usrgroup table. I figured to link userinfo.grplist to usrgroup.gid; but I know that is a many-to-one relationship.

So, how can I link to the usrgroup table so that I can display (and select) based on the info in the table?
