We want the ability to insert data from an “Append” encounter form “above” the printed obsterms included in the document imports (ORU + MDM message).
GE support said they know a few users on CHUG that have figured out how to do this by Modifying the Text Translation within their custom Encounter Form, but GE does not know who. Is there Anyone out there that knows how to accomplish?
Scenerio: An ORU message is received by EMR, then a MDM message is received (appended to ORU). Currently, the ARNPs are starting an append to this single document and entering additional data into our custom encounter form.
Right now, the MDs are seeing this single document with
OBSTERMS first, then MDM- attached document names, then the appended / Unsigned custom encounter form.
The Physicians here would like to see the 2nd append (custom encounter type) data inserted at the top of the view pane (printed text translation), then obsterms, and document name for the attached file.
Do you know how to manipulate the text translation to do this?
