Is there a way to add print button in a form that opens up list of handouts or letters like they have it cpoe form and patient instruction form?

Yes, there are a few ways to do this I think. I am not sure how to do it with a letter but for a hand out you can either have it print a specific handout or you can have the button take you to a custom list.
Action Button--Connection Type -- New Handout--then it allows you to choose your custom list.

You can only print or open a custom list with handouts. There is no similar functionality for letters unfortunately.
