Thanks for your reply. That is exactly want we want to do. I would find it very useful to just sync groups.

Now when we turn on AD and try to sync groups it locks us out of the test system. I have had tier 2 support trying to figure out what is going on.

With us already needing to set up users in AD I think it would be easier to add them to the group in AD instead of maintaining inside of CPS.

I have tested it and it brings back the full name assuming that you have the suffix in the user management. I use clinical forge but this is my test

Sorry I misread your question but {USER.REALNAME} returns Robin C. Janoff Jr will return the full name.

Not sure if you just need the suffix or the whole name but if you use {PATIENT.LABELNAME} returns Mr. Peter J. Bauch, Jr.
