We are on EMR 9.8.5 and our TOC prints blank as well. Ours doesn't even have patient info on it. GE is aware but not sure how much of a priority it is...

We have EMR 9.8.6 on our test system and I printed a couple CVS today and the ROS was not included. They actually look pretty good and only 3 pages.
